Ms. Esmeralda Jaupaj has completed her Bachelor’s degree in Finance and a Master of Science program in Accounting and Auditing, conducted in English, at the Faculty of Economics, University of Tirana.
Ms. Jaupaj has had the opportunity to gain valuable practical experience through internships in both the private sector and public sector. She has completed internships at the Regional Tax Directorate of Tirana and the Government Service Directorate (Prime Minister’s Office), which were secured through the Excellence Program. These experiences have provided her with deep knowledge and rich experience in the fields of finance and accounting.
Ms. Jaupaj has participated in several specialized training programs and courses, which have helped her expand and enhance her professional capacities. She is highly proficient in English. Since 2021, Ms. Jaupaj has been a part of the A.R.S Legal & Financial Services team, contributing to the office’s finance department as an “Accountant”.
